RUN ANY APP ON PROXY OR BLUESTACK ON PROXY

Just download this software
http://www.proxycap.com
Then add your desired proxy



Then click ok by selecting http
proxy
in type
Now click on new rule button



In proxy select your http proxy
Specify the program by
browsing it and click ok..
Do the same by adding https
proxy.
Then select both proxies and
enable the software
