Steps:-
*.open Paypal.com
* Click on Sign up Button link.
* Select Your country as India.
* Selected your account type as
"Individual" or "Business".
(I will suggest you to select
Individual account now.)
you can instantly upgrade it
on PayPal dashboard at
whenever required.
* On the Next Page put your
informations like
Email, your Name, Password,
National, Pan number,
ur Address& etc.
* Click the "Agree And Create
account".
* On the next page it showing
security challenge option, enter the
words shown there in box correctly
and
click "continue".
* In order to confirm the email,
login your email account and click on
verification link.
* On the Next page put your
Password and continue process.
* select security Questions
and submit their answers and
submit.
* Click on to Go My Account.
